Every Memorial Day people around the world gather to complete "Murph". This year at CrossFit Roux we would like to open our doors to our community to come sweat alongside our members as we complete this workout to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy.
Event Details
It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor a man who gave everything he had.
We will be starting at 9 a.m. and running heats every 30 minutes. In Roux style, we invite you to stay after and enjoy a few beers and Claws. We'll be cooking out, so please bring food to throw on the grill.
