Get a jumpstart on Valentine's Day with our annual pairing event! The holiday gives us the perfect excuse to present some of our favorite pairings - wine, cheese and chocolate. This will be a gorgeous flight of international red and sparkling wines from France, Italy and the US, paired with 4 delicious chocolates and 4 creamy cheese combinations. Casey Foote will select and present the cheese plates and chocolates - made with love by our friends at Bittersweet Confections and Odi's Cookies!
No standing in line for our Wednesday flights - you sit at a table, we come to you and pour tableside complete with lots of educational info on what you are drinking. The flight of 4 wines is $20 and you can add the cheese and chocolate plate for $15 ($20 without the flight). All wines and cheeses are available for purchase to have at Swirl or you can take them to go.
Class Policies:-As with all of our tastings and classes we ask that you not wear perfume, cologne or any other strong scents that could interfere with the wine's aromas for you and those around you.-Refunds can be made with a minimum 3 days advance notice. Credit cannot be given towards future classes.
