A Call to Battle: Catholic Men's Conference presented by Men of Immaculata, is held annually in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on the first Saturday of Lent. This conference draws over a thousand men from across the Gulf Coast to experience a day of prayer, worship, world-reknown Catholic speakers and fellowship.
The 2019 Conference features key note speakers, Fr. Don Calloway (Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception), author of "Champions of the Rosary: The History and Heroes of a Spiritual Weapon", and Tim Staples, Director or Apologetics and Evangelization at Catholic Answers, author of "Behold Your Mother: A Biblical and Historical Defense of the Marian Doctrine".
Chef John Folse will once again provide the men with his insights on the Catholic Faith followed by a delicious South Louisiana lunch.
The day opens with Benediction, followed by the keynote talks, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with Bishop Michael Duca, a John Folse lunch, the Holy Rosary with Sr Tracey Dugas and final talk and Consecration, led by Father Josh Johnson, to send us forth, renewed in the Spirit. There will be breaks for fellowship and the Sacrament of Reconcilation will be offered throughout the day.
Begin your Lent with over 1000 brothers in Christ! Join us in Baton Rouge, St. George Church on Saturday, March 9th for "A Call to Battle"!
