DJ Raj Smoove will spin New Orleans Bounce Music and Chef Todd Richard, author of Soul: A Chef’s Culinary Revolution in 150 Recipes will be making a special guest appearance and sign his latest cookbook. Chef Todd will spin Chicago House Music. Join us as we continue the celebration of minority chefs, bartenders and food-preneurs who help shape the culinary and hospitality culture of New Orleans through Eat NOLA Noir - New Orleans Black Restaurant Week.
