Craft Beer Cellar New Orleans will host Urban South Brewery's Head Brewer, Alex Flores, as he teaches a class all about the German style Gose. In this class Alex will discuss the history of the style, the brewing process, the revamped popularity of sours and Urban South's experimental Gose series followed by an optional Q&A session. The class will be $5 to attend and limited to 20 people. During this class we will be tasting sours from Urban South Brewery, including exclusive taproom only releases, and you will receive a limited edition glass to take home as well as 10% off of any in-store purchases that evening.
