IDEA Public Schools, one of the nation’s leading tuition-free charter school systems, is excited to expand into New Orleans. IDEA Oscar Dunn is scheduled to open in August 2019 and will begin by offering kindergarten through 5th grade to 360 students.
With IDEA coming to New Orleans, local families will have an additional school option to get their children on the path to success. IDEA Public Schools believes that every child can go to college, and is on-track to maintain its legacy of sending 100% of its graduates to college.
