Celebrate Mardi Gras with Galatoire's! The Galatoire Foundation invites you to attend its Annual Mardi Gras Table Auction benefitting The New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation and VIA LINK. During the lively auction, guests will bid on table reservations at Galatoire's for Friday, March 1st, while enjoying cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
Cocktails will begin at 5:30 p.m. The auction will commence at 6:30 p.m.
Pricing:
Auction Paddle - $50 (valid for two guests)
Each additional guest - $25 (each additional guest must be accompanied by a paddle owner)
100% of the auction proceeds to benefit the The New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation, VIA LINK and the Galatoire Foundation. The New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation promotes excellence in policing, efficiency in criminal justice and positive community engagement. From personal protective gear to horses and canines, NOPJF fills gaps by providing officers with the equipment and supplies they need to keep us safe. In addition, NOPJF's Adopt-a-Block Program installs public safety cameras on homes in high-crime areas allowing citizens to collaborate with NOPD in the fight against crime. These are just a few examples of the work the NOPJF does for the New Orleans community.
VIA LINK provides information, referrals, training, and crisis intervention to people, organizations, and communities so they can help themselves and others. For example, 2-1-1 specialists provide crisis intervention, information and referrals for the Greater New Orleans Area for those who are homeless, hungry, depressed or suicidal, or are in need of clothing, food or a doctor. Last year, 56,843 people called VIA LINK.
