Presenters:Dr. Shondra Williams currently serves as CEO of Jefferson Community Health Care Centers, Inc. She’s responsible for overseeing a network of 5 clinics with a multimillion budget. Dr. Williams is a transformative leader who applies a practical approach to solving complex problems and crisis management. As a devout community leader and advocate, Dr. Williams assures that thousands of clients receive high quality and affordable services annually. She is directly involved in Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Health Policy, Human Capital Management, and Fiscal Oversight. Understanding the full scope of community alliances, Dr. Williams is a collaborator and partner to many neighboring, local, statewide, national, and international organizations.   Dr. Williams has devoted over 20 years to public service to serving vulnerable populations.
 Dr. Williams was born and educated in Louisiana receiving a Ph.D. from Southern University A & M College in 2009 and a Masters of Nursing, Dual Degree, Family Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University in 2001. Dr. Williams credits her Nursing Practice for being a leader who cares with a keen understanding of the complexity of human relations and building communities.
 Dr. Williams is the current President of the Louisiana Primary Care Association; serves on Executive Committees of Local Organizations, is an active Jefferson Chamber Board Member and Supporter, and participates in community organizations aimed at strengthening the economic conditions of minorities through scholastic endowment and advancement of health.

Denise Roubion-Johnson, DrNP, has served as the Medical Advisor, Lead Clinical Associate and Community Educator for the Louisiana Breast & Cervical Health Program (LBCHP) statewide for 16 years. Dr. Johnson previously served as the Clinical Director for New Orleans services from 2009 to 2015, performing screening and diagnostic services while training both physicians and medical students in the recognition of breast abnormalities. She holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise in cancer screening that she applies in both the clinical and commun
