It's time to show off your swag! Wear your new lululemon for the Mural Miler run with lululemon ambassador Harold Dale. This 10 mile run will take you around the city to the murals of B Mike.
Run any number of the ten miles! Want to run three, five or want to run them all? Run at your own pace and hop on or off the run route when you need a break. There will be water stops along the route to keep you hydrated, and we'll see you at the end for food and beer at Urban South Brewery.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We suggest parking at Urban South Brewery and carpooling to Studio Be. Stay tuned for more info!
What can I bring into the event?
Bring water for your run if you need it! We'll have water along the route at select stops.
AND Don't forget your ID if you'd like a beer at Urban South!

Email Alexis by Monday, July 15 (see contact info above) with any food restrictions you may have! We'd like to accomodate as many people as we can so everyone gets something at the end of the run.
