If you have an EO prospect that should be invited to the Annual Meeting, please direct these through Mary to the Membership Committee. All prospect invites must be given to the membership committee for invite or the member will be charged $150 for a guest ticket.
Any non-member reserved tickets will be cancelled, unless confirmed as a member's guest. Non-members can register via general ticket type when available.
Dress: Business Cocktail
EO Louisiana’s Event No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee:
Please note that it is the current EO Louisiana policy that when events involve a direct Chapter cost, members who RSVP that they will be in attendance but then do not attend will be asked to reimburse the chapter for the food and beverage ordered on their behalf. If you have any questions on this policy, please contact the EO Louisiana Education Chairs, Jude Olinger & Jeffrey Doussan
