Set to New Orleans influenced music and moves, Twerk Out is a dance fitness program made for EVERY BODY! Twerk Out workout has simple steps, easy choreography, and athletic modifications for when you want to level up!

About Fit Fest:
Fit Fest at The Fillmore is a seven-week program that rolls music, dance and exercise all into one exhilarating happy hour event of the summer! Fit Fest encourages attendees to get up and get moving with friends while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Fitness Instructor Jenny Leigh, along with weekly featured fitness professionals and DJ Raj Smoove, lead an exhilarating 45-minute dance & music inspired group exercise program each Wednesday. Classes will include TwerkOut Work Out, Fight Club, Funk & Fit, Total Body Tone, SlowJam Sweat Sesh, Bounce & Beat Boxing. DJ Raj Smoove will keep the blood pumping after the work out, taking The Fillmore from workout studio to dance floor.

About our Instructor: Jenny Leigh
New Orleans native Jenny Leigh has spent the last 15 years teaching fitness literally all over the world. Just after Katrina, Jenny rediscovered her connection to sports and fitness as a way of reconnecting to her self... within 6 months of joining a small gym on the Westbank she began leading the classes whenever her instructor needed a sub. Fast forward to now, she is an international presenter, has written and helped to launch a cycling program called Safari Cycle, has taken TWERKOUT fitness to the next level with Move Ya Brass at Bonnaroo, and is now working on rebuilding her brand here in the United States.

Jenny believes that embracing a healthy lifestyle is bigger than just diet and exercise, she knows the connection is not just physical, but mental and emotional as well!
