Álvarez (49-1-2, 34 KOs) is a fully-fledged 160-pound middleweight after his dominant decision victory over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on May 6, 2017. His only loss was a majority decision to Mayweather in 2013.
Golovkin (37-0-1, 33 KOs) is widely regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound boxers in the world, and has defended his titles 18 consecutive times. Popularly known as “GGG,” Golovkin has been seeking a match against Álvarez for some time. A victory for Golovkin would give him a strong claim to being called the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.
Door open 1 hour early for reserved seating (so get your food ordered and your drinks started before standing room comes in). Reserved Seats go up to $30 as event nears, and day of event will be $35 each. Standing room will be $20 each at the door.
