We are excited about the opportunity to serve your needs for the upcoming Essence Festival in 2019! We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with AJ Entertainment to bring you and experience like no other.
We understand that your experience at the 2019 Essence Festival should be one to remember so we are committed to providing you with exceptional service for next year’s festivities and we’re thankful for the opportunity to serve you! This year we will be offering two package options with two hotels as the rates become available and we are committed to providing a second to none experience and at the best value and price! Although we will be offering two different packages one basic and one premium, only the basic package is available at this time.
The Basic Package will be at The Wyndham Garden New Orleans Barronne Plaza in the heart of the Festivities and 15 minutes from the Convention Centre for the week of July 3rd and returning home on July 7th and is as follows:
1.) 4 people in a room at $474.11 per person for 4 days.
3 people in room is $633.15 per person for 4 days
2 people in a room $948.23 per person for 4 days
1 person in room $1896.46 per person for 4 days
2.) Bus - $150.00 per person (not included in room price)
3.) Total per person including bus based on rates above
The second hotel installment is due by Jan15th 2018 and final payment is due by April 26th. Bus seats will need to be secured by May 1st and additional payments can be made on hotel and bus at anytime between dates.
And we have great news! You can now take advantage of our Early Bird Special of just $100.00 non-refundable deposit per person. (All deposits credit toward your room costs) The bus cost must be paid in full to reserve your spot. All bus fees and room fees are non-refundable. These costs do not include events or concerts because prices are not available at this time. We will provide additional options in that regard going forward as artists are secured and announced.
