Chef Joshua Blue is a MiNO scholarship recipient and graduate of International Culinary Center May 2018. He has been cooking, learning, and creating for some time now and is currently at Saba. He is a rising talent in New Orleans. He loves Jazz and creating new concepts on the plate. When Josh is not in the kitchen, he can be found playing the trombone.
