CP Dual Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt training with no pre-requisites is an opportunity for quality management professionals to reduce time and money on various level of Lean Six Sigma belts. Dual certification will position you as an expert in implementing Lean, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) process, continuous improvement and handle a team of certified LSS Black and Green belts.
Become a subject matter expert with high level competence in handling complex process improvement project, reducing waste and increasing quality. Take control of DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), customer service and quality improvement as a Dual Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certified team member.
At the end of the program, the participant will take an open book exam to score 75% or above and become Dual Lean Six Sigma Green and Black belt. CP will provide 2 certificates with an internationally valid license number and can be verified b
