Presenter Amanda Burnette George is an 11-year veteran of the United States Trustee Program, a subagency of the Department of Justice tasked with administration of bankruptcy cases. She is a 2005 graduate of the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business and a 2008 graduate of Tulane Law School.She will speak on common issues and problems with Chapter 7 means testing, and how to avoid them.***As a condition of this free CLE seminar, The Pro Bono Project requests that attendees accept representation in a pro bono bankruptcy case. A case list will be distributed at the seminar in order for attendees to select a case.***
