ALLONS-Y TRAVEL is an Independent Travel Agency & is NOT affiliated with ESSENCE MUSIC FESTIVAL or ESSENCE MAGAZINE or the producers or event coordinators of ESSENCE FEST.
Double tree by Hilton requires a credit card upon checking into your room for incidental charges.
ROOMS consist of 2 Double Queen Beds & based at a FLAT RATE of $1,550 (up to 4 ppl per room)
POLICIES:
Making reservations for this 2020 Essence Fest package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Reservations must be made in the name that is on your VALID government issued identification.
ALL payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFEREABLE. Payments will be due by the 15th of every month. LATE FEE of $50 will apply & MUST be paid prior to Final Payment. (contact Allons-y Travel for affordable payment plan once deposit is paid)
Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment.
Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure that payments are being applied by roommate(s).
FINAL PAYMENTS due NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2020. If you select the auto bill plan and later cancel this plan you are responsible for making timely payments on your reservations according to the billing plan on your account. If you should go more than 60 days without any payment whatsoever, your reservations may automatically cancel without notice.
