The NOLA Crawfish Festival will be a true feast for the senses. Attendees can loosen up and hang out every day from 3pm till 10pm within the carefree backdrop of Central City Bbq ,while enjoying the mouthwatering scents and flavors of over 6,000 pounds of hot boiled crawfish prepared on-site by Chris "Shaggy" Davis and his NOLA Crawfish King staff. Along with some of New Orleans finest Musicians........
