1. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This is an all-ages event. Of course, you need to be 21 to purchase alcoholic beverages.
2. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We have valet onsite at every concert. We also encourage our patrons to use Uber, Lyft, or any other transportation company. We want everyone to have a great time at the Jazz Market and are happy to call you a cab if that's the safest way for you to get home.
3. What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring a fun-loving attitude but leave the food and drinks at home. We'll have food trucks and plenty of drinks for you to purchase while you're with us.
4. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Paper tickets are great but we can scan the e-ticket on your smart phone, as well.
5. What is the refund policy?

6. Is this event handicap accessible?
Yes! There are floor and mezzanine level areas with companion seats available for those who need them. Please contact us ahead of time so we can make necessary accommodations.
