Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Event Policy: Must be 25 years of age or older to attend this Grown & Sexy event.
Cruise Line Policy: ID and Passport are required. For more information on what is required to cruise on Carnival Cruise Line click here.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Transportation is not provided by event host to or from the cruise port. Guest must meet at the New Orleans Carnival Cruise Port at 2:00 PM on February 10, 2019.

What's the refund policy?
Refund available within 30 days of official reservation. After 30 days, no refund will be available

Can I update my registration information?
Yes. Once reserved, you will be sent your official registration packet via email.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No. This is a non-transferrable event.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Name on the official registration form must match all attendees.
