Essence Festival will celebrate it's 25th Anniversary this year. Enjoy free seminars, celebrity meet and greets, great food, art, and vendors at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center each day. Enjoy great music as well as awesome performances by your favorite artists each night at the Mercedes Benz Superdome.

3- Nights at Harrah's 4 Star Hotel
1- Land or Sea Exclusive Swag Bag
3- Day Jazzy Street Car Pass
Double Occupancy: $895 PP
Triple Occupancy: $695 PP
Quad Occupancy: $500 PP
Initial deposit: $100
Monthly Payment: $45 is required by the 15th of every month
Final payment of remaining balance is due on May 15, 2019. Double and Triple Occupancy May fees are different. Please choose the correct price when checking out.
POLICY INFORMATION:
Reservations must be made in the name on your government identification for hotel check in.
All of your payments to Land and Sea Excursions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Payments are accepted via Paypal and Credit Card with secure checkout.
A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit is required at registration. A minimum payment of $45 is required by the 15th of every month. The final payment will be made by May 15, 2019.
If you go 30 days without making a payment, your reservation WILL automatically cancel without notice. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN be given due to roommate abandonment.
Name changes may be made until March 30, 2019. (This does not mean the deposit or anu fees collected is transferrable).
No payments will be accepted after May 30, 2019.
