EdCampNOLA is a participant-driven learning experience devoted to advancing the best practices in K-12 education and professional development in Louisiana. This ‘unconference’ is different from many other workshops and seminars because it is facilitated by enthusiastic educators who want to share the techniques and resources that have proved to be invaluable in their classrooms.
Educators attending EdCampNOLA have an opportunity to discuss topics that matter most to them. Anyone willing to be a session leader does so with the understanding that the room will work together to share knowledge and resources. Whether you want to spotlight some of the great things that you have done this year or hear about what other educators are doing, EdCampNOLA affords you the opportunity to connect with others.
The agenda for EdCampNOLA will be created the morning of the event and it is based on what you want and need. The goal is to provide a space for teachers to ask questions, share ideas, and showcase best practices.
