Join ALLONS-Y TRAVEL as we travel to New Orleans for the most famous event “Mardi Gras”. People from all over the country gather for one of the wildest street parties to take place in New Orleans French Quarter.

HOTEL ONLY PACKAGE - 3 Nights @ Doubletree by Hilton
ADD ONS:
ZULU CORONATION BALL TICKET - $200 PER PERSON (includes food & seat) - MUST BE PAID IN FULL & this is a FORMAL EVENT that's strictly enforced
Add more nights to your stay for additional cost - based on hotel availability
DEPOSITS & MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE (PER PERSON)
Payments due on the 15th of the Month

Final Payments (including any late payments) due on or before JANUARY 15, 2019 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
**Upon receipt of deposit a client profile will be emailed to you.
Terms
$300 non refundable reservation fee is due to book your package. Each person must pay a deposit of $100 within 7 days of booking your package. A monthly payment of $100 is due per person by the 15th of each month it is you & your roommate(s) responsibility to make payments in a timely fashion. Overdue payments can result in your reservation being canceled and all monies forfeited. All deposits and payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Trip Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for all Special Events. We will allow ONE change per reservation, any changes after that will incur a $50 change fee. Hotel will require a VALID photo ID & credit/debit card for incidental charges upon check in. Parties/events are subject to change without notice.
