4 nights at Doubletree by Hilton (300 Canal St) - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night ** (Check-in Thursday, check out on Monday)
3-Day Essence Music Festival Concert Weekend Pass - Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night shows - Seats will be Plaza Level. Upgrade to Floor Seating is available****
All White Boat Ride Party ...OR Special Event Party (Day and event TBD)
Sunday Afternoon Comedy Show at the Hilton Riverside (7-10 min walking distance from Doubletree)
**4 night minimum required by the hotel. You must accept package as is - checking in Thursday and checking out Monday. You can add days for a fee but cannot change to a 3 day stay.
5 Day/4 Night Package Pricing is as follows:
Single Occupancy $2,550.00 - King Bed (no couch)
Double Occupancy - $3,550.00 / $1,775.00 each - 1 King or 2 Queen Beds (no couch)
Triple Occupancy - $4,375.00 / $1,458.33 each / 2 Queen Beds (no couch)
Quad Occupancy - $5,225.00 / $1,306.25 each / 2 Queen Beds (no couch)
Payment schedule: $150 deposit per person ASAP. Monthly payments of at least $100.00 per person. Payments are due by the last day of each month. Payments not received by midnight on the last day of each month, will cause cancellation of your entire package the following business day. Any and all payments are non-refundable. 50% of balance must be paid no later than December 31st, 2018. 100% full balance due no later than March 29th, 2019.
**All sales are final. No refunds.** Packages can be transferred to another name until March 2019.
*** Eventbrite does charge a processing fee each time you make a payment. Processing fees are collected by Eventbrite and therefore do not go towards your package price. All payments MUST be made via Eventbrite. Payments will show up on your bank statements as Paypal since they are the processor for Eventbrite ***
