The first 90 registered attendees will receive a free DVD of "Freedom Sings: The Songs that Shaped America," a joint production of Middle Tennessee State University's College of Media and Entertainment and the Newseum Institute.
DATES AND TIMES
The 2019 JEA Advisers Institute runs Monday, July 8 – Thursday, July 11. Monday’s events include registration from 6-6:30 p.m. with the first conference session starting at 6:30 p.m. On Tuesday, breakout sessions begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5:50 p.m. On Wednesday, all attendees will participate in our team storytelling workshop. This all-day event gets everyone out of the hotel to experience New Orleans. The Institute ends at noon on Thursday.
NEW LOCATION - Ace Hotel New Orleans
The Ace Hotel New Orleans is the official hotel of the Advisers Institute and provides excellent quality and a artistic atmosphere while keeping the room rates low. We encourage all attendees to stay at the Ace Hotel, which will house all conference activities. The guest rooms are one of a kind. You won't be disappointed.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night's guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account.
