Located at 520 Frenchmen Street this portion is best known for a three-block section which is home to some of the city's most popular live-music venues, restaurants, bars, bookstores, coffee shops, and serene Washington Square Park. 30° 90° is housed in the newest structure to be built in the neighborhood. Designed to fit into the historical district the architecture is distinctive on the exterior while being tastefully spacious on the interior. The combination of richly textured brick walls with hand-hewn local Cypress wood beams and columns enhanced by polished concrete floor and bars creates a comfortable and visually interesting environment.
