In our Restore Cleanse, each day consists of three Love juices, one spicy lemonade and one cashew milk. This cleanse is designed for those who want to shed a few pounds while filling yourself with fresh, organic juices. You will begin each day with a green drink for breakfast (on an empty stomach) then the other two drinks should be drunk throughout the day and into the evening. The cashew milk is a great source of protein and is best consumed for dinner or around bed-time. Drink the lemonade and lots of water throughout the day. Our Nourish Cleanse consists of three Love juices, one spicy lemonade and a salad, raw entree or veggie soup. This cleanse is designed for clients that are cutting out unhealthy food, eating lighter and exercising. The juice and meal schedule dependent upon your schedule.
