Originally founded in 1994 by Chris and Twyla LaChaussee in Baton Rouge, we have grown to be considered one the premier provider of Sausages, Turducken, Deboned Chickens, Stuffed Pork/Chops, Highest Quality Steaks, Smoked and Cured Products in the Nation. Pulling from our Cajun roots and recipes we are now proud to offer our quality assortment to the New Orleans market. As a winner of countless national awards, we are revered by our peers, and we look forward to meeting our new Lakeview neighbors.
