We specialize in handmade hair accessories, tutus, and embroidered items. Please familiarize yourself with our Purchasing Policy: ❖ Payment is due in full within 24 HOURS of invoice, or the order will not be processed and the invoice will be cancelled, unless previous arrangements have been made. ❖ For local pick, full payment must be made on any custom item before production is started. No exceptions. ❖ ALL deposits are nonrefundable. ❖ Shipping to US only. ❖ Once the package leaves sellers possession, Cat's Creations is NO longer responsible. ❖ Any and all shipping charges on returned merchandise will be the customers responsibility. ❖ 14 day return policy (subject to discretion) NO returns on custom orders. ❖ NO returns due to normal wear and tear, returns will only be accepted on a defect that was overlooked before shipping. ❖ Normal processing time on an order is 2-3 business days, but subject to change. Custom orders WILL take longer depending on materials on hand. ❖ Please communicate with me if you need your order by a specific date. Cat's Creations will NOT be responsible for orders that haven't reached you in time. ❖ Due to the custom nature of embroidered and vinyl items, we will NOT accept returns.
