My name is Jesse Lowe. I've lived in Carrollton for almost 30 years, with a brief 4 year stint in Elizabethton, Tennessee in the mid-90's. In 2013, I had a great opportunity to work as a sub contractor and apprentice to a great handyman and property manager. After four years of on the job training, I'm ready work for you.
