Some were concerned about getting started because they're so "out of shape" and not even knowing where to start in a gym. All the machines can be overwhelming. Others reached out with lgbt concerns of locker room issues and such. As a trans-man myself I understand the uncomfortable situations a typical gym locker room can put the lgbt community in and all we want is a good workout. Well here it is! Everyone is welcomed (beginners, athletes, gay, straight, trans, gender neutral, black, white, hispanic, purple, green, gold!).
Beginners will be encouraged, gain knowledge, confidence, friends and a sense of belonging! Come better yourself and in turn help build a stronger happier community.
