Cavan is a coastal American restaurant in a 135-year-old New Orleans plantation home, with a foundation rooted in community. While the attitude and feeling of Cavan evoke nonchalance, everything about the guest experience – from our cocktails and menu items to the service – is impeccable. It is a true neighborhood restaurant, a for all times kind of place.
Our kitchen, lead by Executive Chef Nathan Richard, will feature fish and fowl from the nation's coasts. The bar program will be run by Bar Director Noelle Wilcox, with an extensive wine list and strong focus on shared wines, as well as balanced yet unpretentious cocktails. Our downstairs dining room and full bar can seat up to 50 guests, with a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the more lively upstairs bar and private party room. We will also feature front porch and patio dining.
