We just opened January of 2015, so everything is brand new from Beds, to Kitchen, to Furniture. Come Stay with us at the Garden District House and our goal is to provide the cleanest, best accommodation at the Best Price. Garden District House is just 10 minutes away from the French Quarter by the Street Car. It is located in the Heart of the Garden District, just 2 blocks off the famous Magazine Street. The Garden District is a locals neighborhood full of bars, shops, restaurants, and beautiful parks.

We offer Mix Dorms, Private Doubles and Private Group Rooms. All the furniture is new so you can expect a good standard to stay in and relax. All Rooms include: ceiling fan, desk, free WiFi, shared bathroom, free breakfast, common room with TV, outside common area.
