CrescentCare

CrescentCare is an organization of health and wellness centers that is responding to the need for broader healthcare services in the Greater New Orleans area. CrescentCare uses proven interventions and evidence-based practices to improve outcomes for its clients. It addresses the significant need in the New Orleans community for increased access to affordable, comprehensive healthcare. CrescentCare Health and Wellness Centers offer care and services to individuals regardless of health, economic or insurance status.

CrescentCare is designed to enhance and improve access to quality care, particularly for those with more limited access to health services. Additionally, the health centers target specific populations, including food service and hospitality industry personnel, the LGBT community, residents of areas that are slow to redevelop and low-income or under-insured patients.

We will be offering a variety of services at our new CrescentCare Health and Wellness Center at 3308 Tulane Avenue, near the intersection of Jefferson David Boulevard. At opening, these services will include:

• Primary care for adults
• Primary care in pediatrics for children and families
• Specialized care for the LGBTQ community
• Behavioral health
• Case management
• HIV and STD services and support
• Infectious disease consultation

We will also be adding the following services very soon:

• Dental services
• Nutritionist consultations
• A clinical pharmacist
• OB/GYN servic

CrescentCare is a community health center that offers a full spectrum of quality care at low to no cost to the entire community with or without insurance.
