Join us in January to delve deep into the numbers behind your flower business. This small gathering includes a one on one expense review with Diane followed by two days of business mechanics:
Cost of Goods Sold – how to achieve 30%
Labor – how to attract and keep good labor
Overhead – review specific your overhead costs
Marketing – where to spend your marketing dollars
This will be an intimate group of no more than 5 floral business owners who are devoted to a being a PROFITABLE creative. Hosted in my New Orleans studio, lunch will be provided each day, as well as a welcome dinner our first night.
Travel Sunday January 27th, work Monday and Tuesday, travel late Tuesday or Wednesday the 30th.
