How do I/we book a group?
Please call the office prior to booking and pay the booking fee - at this time you will receive a code to book your event + group members as well. This tracking system is good for communication and name change including payment questions or concerns.
How are our monthly payments paid and what day of the month are payments due?
Payment will be set-up on auto-deduction monthly with a date set by the initial team member. If payments are declined on the set date the member will receive a $25 automatic late fee added to their account.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
3 weeks prior to the event you will receive a personalized itinerary which will have a direct contact number during your stay to reach a person on site for any mishaps or concerns.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update the information up to 90 days prior to arrival date.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your tickets will be issued at the hotels; again, the information will be listed on your personalized itinerary.
What is the refund policy?
This event is non-refundable because it is a special event. We have to follow the policies of our vendors which are non-refundable. However, we do strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance which will secure your package in the event you cannot make the trip your money will be returned.
The name on the registration or ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Up to 90 days prior to arrival date this information can be changed without additional cost. After this date, there will be a $50 name change fee.
