$250 Deposit Required To Hold Your Room - All Monies Are Non-Refundable
Once your initial $250 deposit is paid, you are required to make monthly payments of at least $150 on the 15th of every month until the room is paid in full. Final due date for full payment is April 30, 2019. All accounts not paid in full by April 30th will be assessed a $100 late fee. All monies are non-refundable.
