Join the Admiralty Law Committee of the New Orleans Chapter of the FBA for a one hour CLE on May 22nd at 4:30pm. Charles Bourque and Jedd Malish will present on Legal Issues Encountered in the Litigation of Recreational Boating Incidents. Moderated by Irving Warshauer, the program will focus on handling such claims from the plaintiff and defense side. This includes the jurisdictional, procedural and legal issues unique to these cases; accidents resulting in death and the recoverable state law damages; and the issues when alcohol and/or drug use are involved.
