We are chartering a 56 passenger charter/party bus from St. Louis to New Orleans for the 2018 Essence Music Festival experience!
Event Details
The experiences include 6 free activities at the convention center, bars and clubs on the infamous Bourbon Street, day/night parties, great restaurants and the Music Festival!
The charter bus will include: round trip transportation, snacks, shots every other hour, bottles of water, and a meet and greet. The bus will depart from St. Louis at 4:00 am July 5th and will return 4:00am Monday July 9th. The departing location from St. Louis will be determined in April and the drop off location will be at Harrah's Casino New Orleans or a near by location.
You have 2 payment options which are: The Early bird Special and the Payment Plan. The Early Bird Special is a one time payment of $175. The Payment Plan equates to $200 with the first payment being $75 due now to hold your seat. There will be 2 split payments to complete the balance. The $75 dollar deposit is non refundable. The bus fee was calculated based on the cost of the bus, mileage, and a room for the driver for 4 days. All payments are non-refundable due to our contractual agreement with our bus provider.
